Pamela is a training specialist and learning experience designer. Her expertise is creating captivating online training modules, maximizing learning management systems, and using data-driven insights to enhance educational experiences.
She completed her Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and English Literature at Florida State University in 2014, followed by a Master of Science degree in Urban Education and Leadership at Florida International University in 2017.
Throughout her nearly ten-year career as an educator, she has dedicated herself to promoting growth and advancement among diverse audiences, ranging from adolescents to adults. This extensive experience has refined her communication skills across various groups and deepened her understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the fields of education, learning and development, and training.
